Wokocha Benedicta Uloma, Esq. (AICMC, MTI-AM, MILA), widely known as The Law Preacher, is a distinguished Nigerian legal practitioner, legal educator, and public advocate. She is recognized for intellectual depth, academic excellence, and a modern approach to legal practice.
Benedicta graduated as Best Graduating Student from Rivers State University with a First-Class LL.B. (Hons), and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where she earned her Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification with multiple recognitions for excellence, leadership, and contribution to the legal community.
Professionally, she serves as an Associate at M. J. Numa & Partners LLP and as Principal Counsel at TLP & CO., where she advises and represents individuals, startups, creatives, entrepreneurs, and corporate organizations. Her work spans Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law, Entertainment and Creative Industry Law, Real Estate Law, and Dispute Resolution/ADR.
Beyond legal practice, she is Founder of TheLawPreacher, a legal education and advocacy platform focused on making legal principles accessible to the public. Through writing, speaking, and public engagement, she helps people understand their rights, obligations, and the practical impact of law in daily life.
Her publications include works such as Rape Under the Nigerian Legal System and the Need for Amendment, The Convergence of the Law and the Media, and other legal-social analyses at the intersection of law, technology, media, and justice.
Benedicta also contributes to global advocacy as an Ambassador and member of the International Forum for Peace and Diplomacy, where she serves as Special Envoy on International Human Rights Law.
